I’m Lynn Goss, CDLP®, with more than 35 years in mortgage and finance. My role is to slow the process down, translate lender rules into plain English, and model what’s truly viable—whether that means keeping the home, refinancing, assuming the loan with an equity buyout, selling and rightsizing, or renting now with a path to buy later.
Every client leaves with a written roadmap—payments, cash needed, timelines, and risk flags—that becomes a working tool for the whole team. I don’t replace your attorney, mediator, or CDFA; I collaborate with them.
